Prof. Roger K
Venables | Chief Executive Chartered Civil Engineer Roger Venables led the team that developed CEEQUAL on behalf of the Institution of Civil Engineers from its conception in 1999 to the Scheme’s launch for public use in June 2004. He now leads the CEEQUAL Scheme Management Team. dealing mainly with overall management and marketing of the Scheme, future strategy, relations with the Board, major client relations, scheme development (jointly with Ian Nicholson) and overall management of the team. |

Ian Nicholson |
Technical Manager In his role as Business Improvement Manager at Anglian Water, Ian Nicholson was involved in the development of CEEQUAL from its inception. In 2003 he set up his own independent consultancy, Responsible Solutions in Loughborough, continuing his involvement in CEEQUAL and becoming CEEQUAL’s Technical Manager in 2006. Ian runs the majority of the CEEQUAL Assessor Training courses, acts as Ratifier for CEEQUAL Assessments and, together with Roger Venables, is responsible for the ongoing technical development of the Scheme. |

Roy Seger | Finance
& Company Secretary Roy Seger is CEEQUAL’s Company Secretary & Finance Officer. He leads the Scheme & Company Administration Team in London. |

Sarah works with Philip Charles in the London office and is responsible for registration and administration of CEEQUAL courses and liaising with Assessors and Verifiers on progress with on-going project assessments.

Andrew Fowler

Andrew works with Roger in the Surbiton office and his responsibilities within CEEQUAL include Verifier liaison, event liaison and liaising with prospective clients. Please get in touch with Andrew if you would like to discuss a prospective project. Andy works with Sam in the promotion of CEEQUAL by liaising with project teams to acquire new CEEQUAL case studies and creating the bi-monthly CEEQUAL E-news.
Melanie Manton

Melanie works with Roger Venables in the Surbiton office and one of the main contacts for Assessment registrations and all administrative queries in relation to prospective and current CEEQUAL Assessments. She works with Roger particularly on the development of CEEQUAL International and together with Andrew Fowler she keeps track of progress on projects being assessed. Melanie coordinates the regional venues or in-house training courses with her colleague Sarah Macpherson, and leads on arrangements for Award certificates and presentations.
Sam Edwards

Sam works in the Surbiton office and is Marketing and Communications Coordinator. He is responsible for all marketing, publications, the CEEQUAL web site and is also the primary contact for press enquiries. Sam also assists in Assessment Manual production and editing.

Philip Edwards | Technical
Support Team

Phil works with Ian Nicholson at the Loughborough office. His responsibilities within CEEQUAL include liaising with Assessors & Verifiers on Assessments, looking after the Assessor & Verifier Portal and assisting Ian in the technical development of the Scheme. In addition, Philip is also the first port of call for any technical problems encountered with the Online Assessment Tool (OAT).
