How does the CEEQUAL Assessment process work?
Step 1: Appoint Assessor & apply for an Assessment
The organisation applying for a CEEQUAL Scheme award needs to appoint an Assessor (current staff member or contracted in); if not already trained, that individual then needs to attend an appropriate CEEQUAL Assessor training course. This is an important appointment because, as the following Assessment Process Step descriptions demonstrate, the Assessor needs to be able and empowered by their team colleagues to drive the Assessment forward to a successful conclusion.
With the Assessor identified, the appropriate Application Form needs to be completed and sent to CEEQUAL (to the addresses on the Application Form) by email initially with a signed original sent subsequently. The application will then be acknowledged and the invoice for the first instalment sent to the person nominated on the Application Form.
